As the Founder and CEO of Hire Loops, my journey began long before establishing this company. For more than eight years, I consistently hired and worked with talented professionals from inside Syria to support the operations of my own businesses and the companies I collaborated with across the GCC. During this time, I witnessed first-hand the exceptional skills, dedication, and work ethic that Syrian talent delivers — often exceeding expectations in remote and hybrid environments.
