Our Story
When the Talent Is There, but the Path to Opportunity Isn't
The idea behind Hire Loops was born from a reality we witnessed firsthand.
For years, the war in Syria created challenges that extended far beyond everyday life, affecting the professional futures of thousands of skilled and ambitious people. Many Syrian professionals found themselves facing a difficult contradiction: they had the experience, skills, and ambition to perform at international standards, yet accessing global companies and career opportunities remained far more complicated than it should be.
At the same time, companies around the world were looking for qualified, reliable professionals who could contribute remotely. But hiring talent based in Syria came with its own practical questions - how to find the right candidates, how to manage hiring and employment, how salaries are paid across borders, how to provide a stable working environment, and who supports employees after they're hired.
That is where Hire Loops began. The goal was never to build another traditional recruitment agency. It was to create a practical, trusted bridge between Syrian talent and global opportunity - an integrated solution that helps companies access, hire, manage, and support skilled professionals in Syria, while enabling Syrian talent to pursue meaningful international careers without letting geography alone define their professional future.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
An experienced business and technology professional with a background in IT leadership, consulting, and project management. PMP® certified and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, he founded Hire Loops to build a reliable bridge between skilled Syrian professionals and companies seeking qualified talent and structured employment solutions.
Haneen Shamma
Business Development Executive
A business development professional with experience in B2B partnerships, market research, and cross-border business development across Gulf and Syrian markets. She supports Hire Loops’ growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and partners, and connecting companies with effective solutions for accessing skilled Syrian talent.
