What is Employer of Record (EOR)?
EOR is a legal employment model where Hire Loops becomes the official employer of your staff in Syria, handling contracts, HR, payroll, and compliance — while you manage daily operations.
Do we need to register a legal entity in Syria?
No. EOR allows you to hire staff in Syria without opening a local entity.
Are employees registered with Social Insurance?
Yes. All employees under EOR are fully registered with the Syrian Social Insurance system as required by law.
Do you comply with Syrian labor regulations?
Yes. We ensure full compliance with labor laws, contracts, documentation, attendance, HR procedures, and government requirements.
Who manages the employee's daily work?
You do. The company controls tasks and performance; Hire Loops handles legal and HR responsibilities.
Can we onboard someone we already selected?
Yes. We can hire your pre-selected candidate through the EOR model.
What is the onboarding timeline?
Typically 1–3 business days after receiving the required documents.
How are salaries processed?
We receive salaries from the client and disburse them legally inside Syria through authorized payment channels.
Do employees receive monthly payslips?
Yes. Monthly payslips and payroll statements are provided.
Can employees be replaced?
Yes — during the probation period at no additional cost.

How long does recruitment take?
On average 3–14 days, depending on the role and specialization.
Do you conduct screening and interviews?

What if we don't like the shortlisted candidates?
We provide additional candidates or adjust the search criteria immediately.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. If a candidate fails during probation, we replace them at no extra cost.
Can you recruit remote-only candidates?

Can we hire directly after recruitment?
Yes — or you can combine recruitment with our EOR service for full legal employment.
Payroll Management – FAQs
How do you process salaries?
We collect payments from the client in AED / USD / EUR and transfer them legally to employees in Syria.
Do you provide payroll reports?
Yes. Monthly payroll statements, payment confirmations, and financial summaries.
Can employees receive salaries in USD?
Yes, depending on the employer's preference and agreement.
Do you handle deductions and incentives?
Yes. We manage all payroll components including bonuses, deductions, attendance-related adjustments, and end-of-service calculations.
Workspace Provisioning – FAQs
Are workspaces mandatory?
No. Workspaces are optional. Remote work is standard unless the employer requires office attendance.
What do your workspaces include?
Private or shared office desks, high-speed internet, electricity backup, meeting rooms, and administrative support.
Can multiple employees work from your office?
Yes. We offer seating for remote teams, including dedicated areas.
